Skreddersyddereiser was founded by Susan Christianslund in March 2024. The idea was born in Bali, as she watched the sunset after spending nearly a year planning her own journey. The experience made her realize how much knowledge, time, and research goes into a truly great trip—and that this expertise could help others create their own dream vacations.
Skreddersyddereiser is for those who want something more than a traditional package holiday. Many dream of traveling more personally and experiencing destinations on their own, but find the planning process time-consuming and overwhelming. That’s where Skreddersyddereiser comes in.
All destinations and hotels are carefully handpicked and personally visited. The focus is on small, charming, and personal hotels with that little something extra. Through direct contact with hotel owners and local partners, strong relationships are built to ensure that customers are well taken care of during their stay.
An important part of the work is understanding each individual customer. That’s why great emphasis is placed on dialogue throughout the entire planning process. By getting to know the customer’s wishes, needs, and budget, the trip can be customized so it feels just right—not only on paper, but in reality.
